Learn the health benefits of diets of Mexican cultures while sampling foods from different regions. Speakers Bruce Rengers and Philip Skaff, Health Professions Faculty, will share insights into cultural aspects of nutrition. Enjoy a three-course lunch prepared by Chefs Jeff Koch and Jackson Lamb, Hospitality, Tourism, and Events which will incorporate nutritional influences on cultural foods.

Dr. Joe Quatrochi, Human Performance and Sports, has extensive experience in worksite health promotion and physical activty programs for adults, seniors / retirees, and athletes. He will share common sense lifestyle recommendations to promote leadership, self-responsibility and wellness
