Please join us for the fifth annual MSU Denver Executive Update briefing series. The MSU Denver Executive Updates provide an opportunity to learn more about University resources that are available to you and the community and to gain insight into the critical role MSU Denver plays in the Rocky Mountain region.

Each briefing offers a presentation on an area of excellence at the University and ways in which we are making a difference in Denver and beyond. The briefings run from 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. and include a complimentary breakfast. Please note, these are not fundraisers and there will be no solicitations.



Hospitality, Tourism and Events

Please join President Stephen Jordan to learn how MSU Denver is providing well-trained professionals to Colorado’s thriving $17 billion tourism and hospitality economy.
 
Our graduates have work place ready skills when they are hired into businesses that serve our lively tourism, food and lodging industries.
 
This economic sector supports 150,600 jobs with $4.7 billion in earning; $17.3 billion in spending; and $976 million in state and local tax revenues.
 
MSU Denver students acquire management experience in a downtown campus-based teaching hotel and restaurant, and through internships in tourism, special events, beverage production and adventure travel.
