Give Now and Transform Art Student Lives

Help CVA and MSU Denver transform art education and offer free access to urban youth art programs.

Elementary students visit Janaina TschapeCenter for Visual Art is an award-winning gallery, art laboratory for the students, faculty, and staff of MSU Denver transforming art education through immersive exhibition and educational programs, and cultivating the future creative workforce.

‌Denver's urban youth are central to the CVA mission and as a community resource, CVA is free to ensure financial ability is not a deterrent to gain access to global artists, bold exhibitions, and art programs missing from today’s K-12 public schools.

As a student, Evan Sanks (BFA, '14) gained an appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work required to execute a successful art show. CVA staff continue to serve as mentors supporting Evan as he grows as an artist and art-entreprenuer.  In his own words, "[CVA] does a fantastic job!"

Your gift today, no matter the size, is a worthy investment! The CVA is funded in part by Metropolitan State University of Denver but relies upon the additional support of memberships and private donations to bring significant art to Denver and to the lives of at-risk youth.
